Brodie McDowell
Owner, Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)
Brodie is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with nearly 20 years of experience as a carpenter and project manager, building and renovating homes across Ottawa and the GTA. His extensive hands-on background and formal training in home inspections and building science ensure every inspection is practical, detailed, and trustworthy. Brodie’s goal is to raise the standard for property inspections and give every client the confidence to make informed decisions.
